Classification of institutional sectors of economy of Ukraine (KICE)

KIE is intended for classification and coding of institutional units that carry out production, distribution, redistribution, consumption and accumulation, by sectors (subsectors) of the economy of Ukraine in accordance with their purpose. KISE provides: accounting of enterprises and organizations by institutional sectors (subsectors) of economy in the Register of statistical units; conducting state statistical observations of economic activity of enterprises and organizations in the institutional sectors (subsectors) of the economy; the possibility of comparing national statistical information with international; grouping of economic entities by institutional sectors (subsectors) in order to implement at the macro level of assessment of the results of their activities and financial status. The set of institutional resident units in CIE is divided into five institutional sectors according to their functions, behavior and goals. Order of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine from 03.12.2014 Ü 378.KIE 旨在依据乌克兰经济各部门（子部门）的职能分类，对开展生产、分配、再分配、消费及积累活动的机构单位（institutional units）进行分类与编码。 KISE 可实现如下功能： 在统计单位登记册（Register of statistical units）中，按经济机构部门（institutional sectors，子部门）对企业与组织进行核算； 针对乌克兰经济机构部门（institutional sectors，子部门）内的企业和组织，开展经济活动国家统计调查（state statistical observations）； 支持国家统计信息与国际统计信息的比对工作； 按经济主体（economic entities）进行分组，以便在宏观层面（macro level）评估其经营成果与财务状况。 CIE 内的常住机构单位（resident units）集合，依据其职能、行为与目标划分为五大机构部门。 乌克兰国家统计署2014年12月3日第378号命令。
