Trichogramma_dendrolimi

Trichogramma dendrolimi is an essential egg parasitic wasp with a broad host range to be widely used for controlling agricultural and forestry pests. Some genomes of Trichogramma spp. have been assembled, but the chromosome-level genomes are not yet available. This study assembled a high-quality chromosome-level genome of T. dendrolimi using Illumina, PacBio CLR long sequencing, and Hi-C scaffolding technologies.
