Mapping the microbial communities across the Indian Coast line using 16s metagenomics

The study aims to provide an insight on the microbial community in the coastal zones of India. The coastal zones comprises of regions of Mumbai, Surat, Goa, Cochin, Kanyakumari, Vijayawada, Puri, Kakinada.16s metagenomic approach helps us find the bacterial composition of the samples. The current study involves identifying the bacterial communities and compare among east and west coastal zones.
