The RNA Sequence of HaCaT cells by Cutibacterium acnes infection

This study investigates the role of Cutibacterium acnes in the pathogenesis of acne through transcriptomic and enrichment analyses. By identifying core genes, biological functions, and signaling pathways, and our findings reveal how C. acnes infection affects the morphology of epidermal cells, the expression of inflammatory cytokines, and related molecular mechanisms. We believe our work provides significant contributions to the field of acne pathogenesis research, particularly in understanding the molecular mechanisms and identifying potential biomarkers through transcriptomic and enrichment analyses.
