LUD2015-005 scRNA-seq dataset (unprocessed/pre-QC filtering)

Seurat object of LUD2015-005 upper GI cell atlas (EAC, ESCC, Barrett's esophagus, and normal GI tissues) from Carroll et al. 2023: "Tumor monocyte content predicts immunochemotherapy outcomes in esophageal adenocarcinoma". This version contains the unfiltered output of filtered_feature_bc_matrix from cellranger, i.e. without the additional QC filtering conducted in our analysis and in the other two Seurat objects shared with this publication. This allows users to download the Cell Ranger output in Seurat format and implement less restrictive QC thresholds prior to their own reanalysis, if desired.
