Investigation of the regulation of RNA binding proteins RBPMS, RBFOX and QKI via the global-scale analysis of alternative splicing changes in rat smooth muscle aorta. Bulk mRNA-Seq was carried out after panel knockdown of RBFOX2, RBPMS and QKI in PAC1 cells. Overall design: RBPMS, RBFOX2 and QKI were parallel knockdown in PAC1 cells. RBPMS knockdown was treated with RBPMS-specific siRNA; RBFOX2 knockdown was treated with RBFOX2-specific siRNA; QKI knockdown was treated with QKI-specific siRNA. The nagative control was treated with control siRNA.
