Purpose: To evaluate transcriptome-wide alterations in CD4+ T cells cultured under Th1-polarizing conditions in the absence of the Ikaros zinc finger transcription factor Eos via RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: Naïve CD4+ T cells (wild type or Ikzf4-/- (Eos KO)) were stimulated on plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 in the presence of Th1-polarizing conditions for 72h. Total RNA was analyzed for alterations in global changes to the transcriptome resulting from the absence of the transcription factor Eos.
