B-Plan 6-012 Zwiegerackerweg (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-012 entered into force on 2.9.1961. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧洲空间信息基础设施倡议（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为6-012的开发规划于1961年9月2日正式生效。开发规划包含具有法律约束力的城市规划管控条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制基础。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟（OGC）网络地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM发布协议获取。
