This series consists of general correspondence files, maintained by the Department of Human Services (VA 3970).The files relate to Witness Protection Act 1991 matters; Supreme Court Wardship applications; and Childrens Court Applications to vary a Custody to Secretary Order.The files include correspondence between the Department and solicitors, notes, memoranda, client assessments, Court documents including summonses, affidavits and judgments.
