资源简介:
This study is based on clinical and echocardiographic data collected from 43 patients who underwent surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS). The dataset includes pre- and post-operative serum chemerin levels and echocardiographic strain parameters such as RV FWS and LV GLS. Data were gathered prospectively over a 12-month period and analyzed using standard statistical methods.
The results demonstrate that surgical treatment led to improvements in right and left ventricular strain values and significant reductions in serum chemerin levels. A change in RV FWS was independently associated with surgical response. These findings suggest that RV FWS may serve as a useful predictor for treatment success in OSAS patients.
Due to patient confidentiality regulations, the full dataset is not publicly available but can be obtained from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
