Tracking URL Decay Data

Data for Revisiting the Link Accessibility Problem in Scholarly Papers with PLoS ONE Papers. The marchURLs data are split up into 10 files simply so that computation must not be done with one large file. The marchURLs data contains the filename, the URL, the context (not used for this project), the response code from March (not used for this project), and the corresponding error message. The mayURLs data contains only the filename, the URL, the response code from May (used for this project), and the corresponding error message. OpenAlexTopics simply contains all the Topics, organized first by their Domain, then Field, then Subfield, then Topic. PLoSDates contains filenames, the title of that file, the date the paper was indexed on OpenAlex (not used for this project), and the publication date of the paper. PLoSDates simply contains the DOIs for each filename. PLoSDomains contains filename, title, and the three Topics assigned to the work by OpenAlex; we use only the first, the "primary topic." urlsCodesTopics contains all the filenames in PLoS with all their corresponding URLs, those URLs' response codes, and the three Topics for each of those URLs, which are the same as the Topics of the work the URL originates from.
