B-Plan 5-107 Building Plan with Local Building Codes Drinking Mats South II with Compensation Areas in Brühl and Hochdorf (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 5-107 entered into force on 28.7.2015. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合空间信息基础设施倡议（INSPIRE）规范的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 编号为5-107的开发规划于2015年7月28日正式生效。 开发规划包含对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的固定条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管理规范明确了建设的选址、建筑类型与建造方式。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。 本数据集基于INSPIRE-PLU数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）的WMS服务及预定义的ATOM协议获取。
