In order to further study the effects of Schizochytrium sp. on intestinal microbes of silver pomfret, we conducted the feeding experiment of Schizochytrium sp. High throughput 16S rRNA sequencing was used to investigate gut microbial diversity and abundance. This study could provide a reference for Schizochytrium sp. fed in fish and contribute to the industrialization of silver pomfret.
