M6P and GDP-mannose measure

We measured the levels of M6P and GDP-mannose in frozen HCC tumor and adjacent normal tissues from patients (n=42 pairs). Notably, both metabolites were elevated in tumor tissues compared to their matched normal counterparts. All metabolite levels were normalized to the average levels observed in adjacent normal tissues.本研究检测了42对患者来源的冰冻肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC）肿瘤组织及配对癌旁正常组织中6-磷酸甘露糖（Mannose 6-phosphate, M6P）与GDP-甘露糖（GDP-mannose）的水平。值得注意的是，相较于配对的癌旁正常组织，肿瘤组织内这两种代谢物的水平均显著升高。所有代谢物的检测水平均以癌旁正常组织的平均水平为基准进行归一化处理。
