Data supporting - A dietary hazard index for screening radionuclides in food (Hdiet): a committed-dose framework with an explicit dietary-fraction parameter
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the software and supplementary materials developed for the calculation and application of the Dietary Hazard Index (Hdiet), as presented in the article “A dietary hazard index for screening radionuclides in food (Hdiet): a committed-dose framework with an explicit dietary-fraction parameter”. The materials provide reproducible methods for assessing the radiological safety of foodstuffs based on the ingestion of naturally occurring radionuclides, accounting for different consumption scenarios, dietary fractions, and age-dependent parameters. Repository contents: H_diet.exe: Executable software to calculate the Dietary Hazard Index. Hdiet_calculator - For Excel.xlsx: Automated calculator spreadsheet designed for Excel to evaluate the Dietary Hazard Index, effective dose, and cancer risk across different intake scenarios. Hdiet_calculator - For LibreOffice.ods: Automated calculator spreadsheet in ODS format designed for LibreOffice to evaluate the Dietary Hazard Index. Hdiet_calculator - For LibreOffice.xlsx: Automated calculator spreadsheet in XLSX format designed for LibreOffice to evaluate the Dietary Hazard Index. Supplementary Material S1 - step-by-step worked calculation: A step-by-step reproducible calculation of the index by hand, using Brazil nut flour as a running example for both conservative and partially contaminated diet scenarios. Supplementary Material S2 - Parameters and Age-Dependent Limits: Reference parameters, ICRP ingestion dose coefficients, age-dependent screening limits for the full nuclide set, and realistic consumption data for the analyzed flours.
