Molecular Profiling of Breast Cancer in Native American Women Reveals Distinct Genomic and Transcriptomic Features

This dataset contains supplementary tables accompanying the manuscript “Molecular Profiling of Breast Cancer in Native American Women Reveals Distinct Genomic and Transcriptomic Features”. It includes results from a comparative multi-omic analysis of breast cancer in Native American and White patients. Supplementary Data1: Somatic mutation comparison results. Supplementary Data2: Copy number variation (CNV) comparison results, provided in three files: Gain, Loss, and Change between Native American and White samples. Supplementary Data3: Differentially expressed genes (RNA-seq). Supplementary Data4: Results of integrated multi-omic KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. For each significant gene set derived from mutation, CNV, or expression analyses, the table lists enriched pathways and the corresponding genes contributing to each enrichment. NA_Breast_AverageExpression.csv: Aggregated average gene expression values across Native American breast cancer samples. These aggregated results are shared to support transparency and reproducibility of the study.
