The cartographic model 1:50 000 – grid (KM50-R) is the digital state map of the entire Austrian territory in a basic scale of 1:50 000. It is free of blades and georeferenced. The update takes place nationwide at periodic intervals but also on occasions in the event of significant infrastructural changes. The Austrian map 1:50 000 (ÖK50) – in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMLV) – as well as the Austrian map 1:25 000 (ÖK25V) is derived from the KM50-R. This 50 km x 50 km tile is one of a total of 63 tiles, which together cover the territory of Austria1:50000比例尺制图网格模型（KM50-R）为覆盖奥地利全境的官方基础数字地图，比例尺为1:50000。该数据整幅完整，无分幅裁切瑕疵，且已完成地理配准。其更新工作以定期全国更新为常规方式，同时在发生重大基础设施变更时可启动临时更新。奥地利1:50000比例尺地图（ÖK50，与联邦国防部（BMLV）合作开发）及奥地利1:25000比例尺地图（ÖK25V）均派生自KM50-R模型。该50km×50km的图幅为总计63幅图幅之一，上述63幅图幅共同覆盖奥地利全境。
