SARS-CoV-2 reactive and neutralizing antibodies discovered by single cell sequencing of plasma cells and mammalian display

In this study, we describe a technology pipeline that integrates single-cell antibody repertoire sequencing and mammalian display to interrogate the specificity of plasma cells from 16 convalescent patients. Single-cell sequencing allows us to profile antibody repertoire features and identify expanded clonal lineages. The deposited data covers the 132 selected heavy and light chain paired antibodies extracted from single-cell plasma cell sequencing, as well as the analysis of specificity post NGS of mammalian display with patient breakdown.

本研究报道了一套整合单细胞抗体库（antibody repertoire）测序与哺乳动物展示技术的技术流程，用于解析16名康复期患者体内浆细胞的特异性。单细胞测序技术可用于表征抗体库特征，并鉴定扩增的克隆谱系。本数据集包含从单细胞浆细胞测序结果中提取的132株经筛选得到的重链与轻链配对抗体，同时涵盖哺乳动物展示系统经二代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing，NGS）后的特异性分析，且该分析按患者个体进行了分组拆分。
