Data and Analysis for Bragg, Cox-Ammann, Fletcher, and Raimondi 2025, "Quantified Impacts of Post-fire Debris Flows on the Habitat, Population, and Recovery of the Endangered Black Abalone"

This repository contains all the data, analysis, and figures for Bragg, Cox-Ammann, Fletcher, and Raimondi 2025, "Quantified Impacts of Post-fire Debris Flows on the Habitat, Population, and Recovery of the Endangered Black Abalone". To access this content, download and unzip the Bragg_2025 folder.  All pertinent information about the contents of this repository is contained within the README file, but a brief desciption is below.

Directory Architecture:

Data:Contains all data used for analyses. Within this folder are three subdirectories - Orthomosaics, Shapefiles, and Abalone_Loss_Model. 

Orthomosaics contains the four othomosaics (geotiffs) of the coastline within the Area of Interest (AOI) used for analysis of coarse delineation of coastline geomorphology.

Shapefiles contains the shapefiles produced for analysis of coarse delineation of coastline geomorphology. 

Abalone_Loss_Model contains the raw data and model used for analyzing black abalone losses resulting from post-fire debris flows. There are two excel files - Raw Data and Abalone_Loss_Model.  Raw Data contains the data used in the model.  Abalone_Loss_Model contains the model used to calculate abalone losses (both numerical and percent loss) from the Raw Data. 

Figures_and_Tables:All final figures and tables are contained in the Figures_and_Tables folder. This folder contains a Supplemental folder, which contains supplemental figures and tables.
