Companies adhering to the Consumer Arbitration System in Castilla-La Mancha

Consumer arbitration is an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanism. The Authority for the Management of Consumer Arbitration in Castilla la Mancha is the Consumer Arbitration Board of Castilla la Mancha. Companies, businesses and professionals can adhere to the Consumer Arbitration System. Once the offer of membership is accepted, the company or professional is granted a public distinction of adherence to the Consumer Arbitration System that must be displayed to the public. There is also a National Arbitral Board that receives requests for arbitration whose territorial scope exceeds that of an autonomous community or the company is only adhered to the consumer arbitration system at the national level.消费者仲裁是一种庭外消费者纠纷解决机制。卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰消费者仲裁管理局（Authority for the Management of Consumer Arbitration in Castilla la Mancha）即卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰消费者仲裁委员会。企业、商事主体及专业从业者可加入消费者仲裁体系。一旦会员入会申请获核准，该企业或专业从业者将被授予遵守消费者仲裁体系的公开认证标识，且该标识必须向公众公示。此外还设有国家仲裁委员会，负责受理两类仲裁申请：一是管辖范围超出单个自治区的仲裁请求，二是仅在国家层面加入消费者仲裁体系的企业所提出的仲裁申请。
