Subdivision Control Limits

This map identifies the 1 mile subdivision control areas around the towns of Hamilton and Middleburg VA, as established by Section 1241.03 of the Land Subdivision and Development Ordinance. The control area around Hamilton, VA is base on the map prepared by the County of Loudoun entitled "Parcels within 1 mile of Hamilton" and the control area around Middleburg, VA is based on the map prepared by the County of Loudoun entitled "town of Middleburg One Mile Subdivision Control Limit.
