Supplementary Data and Code for Tracking-First Thrust Allocation with Wrench Reserve for Dynamic Positioning under Thruster Degradation

This deposit contains the simulation code, configuration files, per-run records, analysis outputs and figure/table scripts that support the article "Tracking-First Thrust Allocation with Wrench Reserve for Dynamic Positioning under Thruster Degradation". It covers a baseline study, an exact second-order-cone solver study, a minimum-command-change study and a preregistered heavy-load study. README.md describes the contents. REPRODUCE.md maps every table, figure and number of the article to its data and script, and gives the commands to re-run the simulations and analyses (Python 3.13). Raw time histories of the development rounds are not included and are available from the corresponding author.
