Mice were treated with 1x1010 MSC-EVs inravenously 72 hours after exposure to 9 Gys of WBIR or RCI. 48 hours later the spleens were isolated from these mice and processed for RNA. This analysis was completed in order to assess the impact of MSC-EV treatment on the immune gene expression. There are six groups that were compared. WBIR compared to Sham (uninjured), WBIR with MSC-EVs compared to Sham, WBIR with MSC-EVs compared to WBIR, RCI compared to Sham, RCI with MSC-EVs compared to Sham, and RCI with MSC-EVs compared to RCI.
