Fasta files

This file contains .Fasta files for four mitochondrial genome sequences that had <85% coverage (all Eudyptes warhami and one Megadyptes antipodes richdalei sample from the Chatham Islands an aligned and untrimmed .fasta file of all mitochondrial genome sequences obtained, and a partitioned alignment of the mitochondrial genomes (with a reference sequence).本文件包含以下FASTA格式（Fasta）文件：一是对应4条覆盖度（coverage）低于85%的线粒体基因组序列的FASTA文件，这些序列均取自查塔姆群岛的Eudyptes warhami样本与1份Megadyptes antipodes richdalei样本；二是本次获取的所有线粒体基因组序列的比对后未修剪FASTA文件；三是带有参考序列（reference sequence）的线粒体基因组分区比对（partitioned alignment）文件。
