Annotation of the splice junctions of Pirmy isoforms with reference to genomic contig NT_166343.2: The exon-intron junctions of all 80 splice isoforms have been annotated by aligning them to the genomic contig NT_166343.2. The splice junctions of all the Pirmy isoforms show the consensus splice signal sequences AG/GT, which have been represented with green and blue color respectively. The 5’ and 3’ flanking sequences of all the splice junctions are given (black letters).
