Readme: Additional data: Distributed in 4 different github links (Addtional_data_1-Additional_data_4). Additional_data 1 includes as well the SEURAT code adapted to proteomics data used in the manuscript. 1. Supplementary_figure_7 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator Fig_Suppl_7.ai; the xlsx file with the quantification of the correspondant figures; the jpg files for the correspondant panels of the figure. 2. Supplementary_figure8_10: includes the Adobe Illustrator Fig_Suppl_8.ai, Fig_Suppl_9.ai and Fig_Supp_10.ai; includes the correspondant txt input files for metaboanalyst, the csv files including the VIP proteins out of the PLSDA analysis; the pdf files of the images of PCA and PLSDA from Supp_Fig_8, the svg files of the string networks from Supp_Fig_9 and the pdf files of panels of Supp_Fig_10. 3. Supplementary_figure11_13 folder: includes the Adobe Illustrator files for Fig_Suppl_11.ai, Fig_Suppl_12.ai and Fig_Suppl_13.ai; includes the input xlsx and csv files raw information for the indicated sections. 4. Table_S1: including the histone proteins included in the chromatin category.
