WiGeTa-EN: Wikidata Gender Talks Corpus (English)

WiGeTa-EN is a corpus of user discussions about gender in Wikidata, collected and curated as part of the Wikidata Gender Diversity (WiGeDi) project. The corpus contains 613 discussion threads extracted from Wikidata talk pages (2012–2021) where the community debated the representation and modeling of gender, including non-binary and transgender identities.

This resource was created to analyze how the Wikidata community has approached the evolution towards a more inclusive representation of gender diversity through computational linguistics methods.

This repository contains three files:

wigeta-corpus-anon.tsv: Structured corpus with metadata (recommended for analysis)

wigeta-corpus.txt: Raw text corpus with thread markers

A practical READ ME containing all the relevant information regarding the data collection and annotation.
