Evaluation of Organizational Maturity integrated with Ishikawa Analysis for Performance Improvement Framework in the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Building Division

This dataset supports a study evaluating organizational maturity and root causes of inefficiency within the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) Building Division. Using a mixed-methods approach, the data includes survey results based on the Capability Maturity Model across PMBOK knowledge areas and qualitative interview data analyzed with Ishikawa Root Cause Analysis. The integrated analysis identifies performance gaps, particularly in Resource Management, and informs a targeted improvement framework. This dataset provides valuable insights into organizational maturity assessment and problem-solving in resource-constrained public-sector construction projects.
