Social Housing Construction Status Report Q2 2020 The Construction Status Q2 2020 report shows that 8,529 homes were under construction at end Q2 2020; and some 3,160 homes had been approved and were about to go on site. The full programme listed in the report now includes 2,154 schemes (or Phases), delivering 29,810 homes — a substantial increase on the 22,139 homes which were in the programme at the end of Q2 2019 Please note due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, Q1 2020 statistical returns were DEFERRED to be collected in conjunction with Q2 2020.
