The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(010/07) Spitalstr. Verb. Rainstr. of the city of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixings on the type and extent of the structural use, the convertible plots and the local traffic flasks. The validity of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is acceptable if it complies with the determinations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.开发规划（BPL）包含城市规划管控范畴内具有法定约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为源自XPlanung 5.0平台的勒拉赫市开发规划「(010/07) 施皮塔尔街（Spitalstr.）与莱因街（Rainstr.）片区改造规划」。说明：本合格开发规划依据《德国建筑法典》（BauGB）第30条第1款制定，至少明确了建筑使用类型与规模、可转换地块及区域交通流量。项目的合法性仅依据该开发规划进行评估。建筑项目若符合合格开发规划的各项规定且开发条件具备，则可获准实施。
