Crystals in clay X-ray micro computed tomography data

This record contains the X-ray tomography data of "mystery digging toolset" consisting of clay with crystals hidden inside. The data was acquired on a Nikon XTek micro-CT instrument in the DTU 3D Imaging Center. Included in the ZIP file: - Projections as TIFF files. - Meta data needed for reconstruction in .xtekct file. - Reconstruction volume as .vol file with metadata in .vgi file and example MATLAB script for loading. - CentreSlice directory containing just the sinogram for the central slice.
