We generated macrophage-tumor hybrid cells by introducing nuclei isolated from tumor cells into activated M1-like macrophages to produce chimeric exosomes (aMT-exos). To examine the difference of miRNAs in M-exo (exosomes from macrophage treated with PBS) and aMT-exo, exosomes samples were sent to RiboBio Co. Ltd. for miRNA sequencing analysis.
