RNA-seq of normal guinea pig intestinal segments

Although the intestine is a continuous tube, the different intestinal segments exhibit distinct anatomy and functions. In order to study the differences in transcription profiles of various intestinal segments of guinea pigs, the full-thickness tissues of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum, colon, and rectum of normal guinea pigs were collected for RNA-seq.
