Experimental dataset of microwave-assisted pyrolysis of low rank coal using HZSM-5 and activated carbon catalyst to produce liquid fuel

The main equipment used consisted of a reactor made of Pyrex glass, a microwave oven, and a distillation column with a bubble-cap tray. Initially, 150 g of coal of a certain particle size was prepared: promoter and catalyst with a certain ratio. Operating conditions at atmospheric pressure with operating variables as follows: reaction temperature between 843 - 923 K (increase 10 K); microwave input power is 0 - 800 W (increase by 75 W); pyrolysis time 900 - 8,100 s (increase every 900 s). The coal particle sizes are 4.76; 1.19; 0.42; 0.18; 0.15; 0.11; and 0.07 mm. The liquid fuel obtained is weighed and characterization is carried out.

本实验所用主要设备包括派热克斯（Pyrex）玻璃反应器、微波炉及带泡罩塔板的精馏塔。首先制备150 g特定粒径的煤炭，并按特定比例混合助催化剂与催化剂。实验在常压条件下开展，操作变量设置如下：反应温度区间为843~923 K，每次递增10 K；微波输入功率区间为0~800 W，每次递增75 W；热解时间区间为900~8100 s，每次递增900 s。实验所用煤炭粒径分别为4.76、1.19、0.42、0.18、0.15、0.11及0.07 mm。对所得液态燃料进行称重，并开展表征分析。
