Quantitative analysis of key spray drying variables’ impact on maltodextrin powder parameters

This repository contains raw experimental records from maltodextrin spray-drying trials, processed datasets used for quantitative/statistical analysis, supporting images, and analysis files (e.g., scripts/tables/figures) enabling reproduction of the key results reported in the paper. Data are organized into separate folders for raw data, processed results, images, and analysis, with accompanying metadata and a variable/unit description to facilitate reuse.
