Gene expressed in ventricle and atrium tissue from mice in response to AngII or not

Gene expressed in ventricle and atrium tissue in response to AngII or not has not been identified. Here we present a database that gene expressed in ventricle and atrial tissue. Moreover, the gene alteration in atrium tissue in response to Angiotensin II ( AngII mini-pump infusion (1600ng/kg/min).目前尚未有研究鉴定出心室与心房组织中响应血管紧张素II（Angiotensin II，AngII）的表达基因。本研究构建并公开了一个收录心室及心房组织表达基因的数据库，同时该数据库还涵盖了经血管紧张素II微型泵灌注（1600ng/kg/min）处理后心房组织的基因表达变化信息。
