Giving Employees Control of their Employer Sponsored Insurance Funds

This study, and set of files, is comprised of a simulation that draws on a set of inputs from publicly available sources. The simulation projects the economic results of a platform that would give workers in large self-insured groups expanded Affordable Care Act-compliant employer-sponsored insurance (ESI) choices that would allow employees to control their ESI funds and trade off pre-tax ESI funds for taxable wages.
