Giving Employees Control of their Employer Sponsored Insurance Funds

This study, and set of files, is comprised of a simulation that draws on a set of inputs from publicly available sources. The simulation projects the economic results of a platform that would give workers in large self-insured groups expanded Affordable Care Act-compliant employer-sponsored insurance (ESI) choices that would allow employees to control their ESI funds and trade off pre-tax ESI funds for taxable wages.本研究及配套文件集基于一套取自公开来源的输入数据构建了一项模拟仿真。本模拟仿真针对一款面向大型自保团体雇员的平台展开经济结果预测，该平台可为雇员提供更多符合《平价医疗法案》（Affordable Care Act）要求的雇主赞助保险（Employer-Sponsored Insurance，ESI）选择，允许雇员自主管控其ESI资金，并可将税前ESI资金置换为应税薪资。
