Screening of differential miRNA in gonadal tissue of largemouth bass

Two groups of female ( XX ) group and male ( XY ) group were set up as samples for small RNA sequencing in this study. After anesthesia, the physiological sex was identified by anatomical observation. Finally, 12 female and 12 male largemouth bass were selected. After dissection, the gonad tissue samples of each experimental fish were quickly collected and placed in an RNA protective solution, and then transferred to liquid nitrogen for cryopreservation to ensure the integrity of the sample RNA. The gonad samples of 12 experimental fish in each group were merged into a mixed sample according to each 4 tails, and finally three groups of female and male sequencing samples were obtained.
