Stem cells derived from mouse intestine were differentiated to M-cells using RANKL treatment in an organoid culture system. PRC2 controlled differentiation was studied with H3K27me3 ChIP-Seq and GRO-Seq. Differential GRO-Seq and ChIP-Seq (H3K27me3) was performed on mouse mini-gut model cells.
