Bacillus Subtilis Marburg Differential Expression Data

This dataset contains metadata and data for differential expression analysis conducted with Bacillus subtilis Marburg 168 induced by four inducers at two time points. The inducers include Vanillic acid, cuminic acid, Xylose, and IPTG. Data was collected on two separate days (Test and Test Repeat). The only difference between the two days were the latter day had a larger volume of cells collected to extract RNA, a parameter that does not directly impact differential expression analysis.
