Measured average deviation for Poly Lactic Acid (PLA) parts made by Fused Deposition Modeling

Nine dimensional features (length, width, height, location, three concentric cylinders, minor and major axes of ellipse) have been measured thrice from the sixteen PLA parts printed and the calculated average deviations are listed here. Each of the sixteen parts are produced with different machine parameter settings as per the designed Design of Experiment (DOE). The dimensional deviation of PLA parts made by Fused deposition modelling is obtained from the difference between actual dimensions and the designed dimensions. Designed dimensions can be obtained from the drawing of the part produced and actual dimensions are measured from the part itself.
本数据集针对16件3D打印的聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)试件,对九维特征(长度、宽度、高度、位置、三个同心圆柱、椭圆的长短轴)进行了三次测量,经计算得到的平均偏差列于本数据集中。 16件试件均按照预设的实验设计(Design of Experiment,DOE)采用差异化的加工工艺参数制备。 熔融沉积建模(Fused Deposition Modelling,FDM)制备的PLA试件的尺寸偏差由实际尺寸与设计尺寸的差值计算得到:其中设计尺寸可通过加工零件的工程图纸获取,实际尺寸则直接对试件本体进行测量所得。
