The dataset supports the thesis "Characterization of a novel CREBH-induced protein FACI and its involvement in clathrin-mediated endocytosis.”, in which a novel protein was systemetically characterized and its biological function was discussed. The dataset includes all imaging data, RT-qPCR data, luciferase assay data, kinase assay data and mass spectrometry data presented in the thesis. The analyzed data is displayed in excel and graphpad files and the raw mass-spec data is displayed in displayed in excel files. Single channels and merged channel images are in tiff format.
