Sequencing of miRXplore Universal Reference (Miltenyi Biotec) RNA using mDOT-seq

For each 3'-adapter alkyne two experimental replicates of miRXplore Universal Reference (Miltenyi Biotec) RNA libraries were prepared combining the protocols of mDOT-seq and NEXTflex Small RNA-Seq Kit v3 (PerkinElmer). All RNA libraries were pooled together and sequenced at Lexogen facilities using NextSeq 500/550 High Output Kit to obtain 1 x 75 nt single-end reads.
