Transcriptomic analysis to underly the heterogeneity between 4 cellular models derived from patients diagnosed with pediatric high-grade gliomas under controlled atmosphere (modulation of oxygen level).

Generation of preclinical models which recapitulate at best the extreme intra-tumoral heterogeneity (using two cell culture conditions) and inter-tumor heterogeneity between children diagnosed with high-grade gliomas. Overall design: Gene expression modulation was assess by high-throughput RNA sequencing between monolayer and neurosphere cell culture exposed to deprivation of oxygen described in tumor patient versus normal condition (normoxy).
