Radial distances and barycenters of abdominal muscles derived from in vivo axial dynamic MRI of healthy participants

This dataset presents the data obtained from the segmentation masks of dynamic axial abdominal MRI of 20 healthy participants (corresponding dataset: https://doi.org/10.57745/CTM9BO). This dataset provides the coordinates (x,y) of the barycenters for the segmentation masks of the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis and lateral muscles) and the abdominal barycenter. It also provides the radial distance between the abdominal barycenter at rest (fixed point) and the considered muscle barycenter at each time frame.
