Particle and zooplankton sample elemental (C,N) and isotopic (13C, 15N) data, Cruise EN510, northern Gulf of Mexico, June 27 - July 4 2012

Particle and zooplankton samples were collected during cruise EN510 using a CTD-rosette and a MOCNESS aboard the R/V Endeavor. Our objectives were to characterize the physical and chemical properties in the water column at ECOGIG seep and other study sites. Cruise EN510 departed Pascagoula MS (relocated from Gulfport to avoid a hurricane) on 06/25/2012 and collected samples at ECOGIG seep and control sites before returning to Gulfport MS on 07/05/2012.本数据集的颗粒与浮游动物样品采集自EN510科考航次，由搭载于奋进号科考船（R/V Endeavor）的温盐深采水器（CTD-rosette）与多网分层浮游生物采样系统（MOCNESS）完成采集。本研究的核心目标为解析ECOGIG冷泉（ECOGIG seep）及其他研究站位的水柱理化特性。EN510科考航次于2012年6月25日从密西西比州帕斯卡古拉港起航，为规避飓风，航次出发港由原计划的格尔夫波特港调整；航次期间先后在ECOGIG冷泉与对照站位完成样品采集，并于2012年7月5日返回密西西比州格尔夫波特港。
