Tumor mutational burden and aneuploidy

Immunogenic based therapeutic radiation conveyed substantially different survival outcomes for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The identification of beneficial populations who were more sensitive to radiotherapy remain obstacles. Ongoing studies implied tumor mutational burden and aneuploidy of tumor chromosome as potential determinant of immunogenicity of tumor microenvironment. By analyzing the publicly accessible data in TCGA database, we reported that both tumor mutational burden and aneuploidy score were positive and negative related to the overall survival for NSCLC patients receiving radiotherapy, respectively.
