Genome sequencing of infectious laryngotracheitis CEO and TCO isolates

The genomic sequences of low and high passages of the United States infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) vaccine strains CEO and TCO were sequenced using hybrid next generation technologies in order to define genomic changes associated with attenuation and reversion to virulence. Six isolates were included in this project: commercial vaccines CEO Trachivax(c) and TCO LT-Ivax(c) and passages 1 and 20 of isolates CEO Fowl Laryngotracheitis(c) and TCO LT-Ivax(c).
