Sequencing of viral pathogens in plant material

Our work presents rigorous field validation of a novel work pipeline for virus and viroid diagnostics using HTS in a real-world regulatory context through collaboration with Chile's phytosanitary authority, analyzing 145 post-entry quarantine samples across eight economically significant fruit species.
